I'm Orrin, the founder of Roco Bait Company. I’m 16 and based in North Carolina, where fishing has always been a big part of my life.

I started making custom soft plastics because I wanted baits that looked right in the water and actually produced results. What began as a hobby quickly turned into something more—designing and selling baits I trust and use myself.

At Roco Bait Co., every lure is made with attention to detail and a focus on quality. I’m always looking to expand the lineup with new colors, styles, and ideas to keep up with what anglers need on the water.

Looking ahead, I hope to grow the brand, offer more bait options, and eventually support other young anglers—especially teens—through sponsorships and collaborations.
